6. White-Label and Business Services

If you are a business customer using our white-label services, additional terms may apply as specified in your service agreement. In case of conflict, the terms of your service agreement take precedence over these general Terms.

7. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Fees are specified in your service agreement or on our pricing page
• Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at purchase
• All fees are in Euros unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to applicable VAT for EU customers
• Refund policies are specified in individual service agreements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote Resilience Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content
• Any damages resulting from decisions made based on information from our services

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remote Resilience Hub from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Service Availability

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.

For EU consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
